Ahhhhhhhhhhhh wonderful topic Great Mother Danu! Yes, I look forward to seeing what others contribute here. As this is an area, most of us need to work on.

Really, I don't have a good answer for this. I haven't found a successful way of completely letting go of something. I do have ways of temporarily dealing with it, though. If it's something stressful, I take a hot bath. Some stress-relief bath salts, maybe a fizzy ball, bubbles, light some candles, turn on some soothing music...I know, I know, it's such a silly answer, but it really helps me when I'm stressed out. I'm also working on meditation to help me deal with things, though I'm making slow progress. Sometimes singing or drawing helps me vent strong emotions. None of that really helps me ultimately let whatever it is go, though. Still trying to figure that out =/
