George Celtic Myth and Moonlight's November 2009 Newsletter

Greetings! The moon is waxing and will soon be full, and the stars shine brightly in the chill, darkened skies. It is November and we are becoming immersed in the darkness of the season. The trees wear their colorful leaves as though wearing a crown, and the fields show the remnants of various wildflowers still wearing shades of purple and gold. I know that soon we will bid goodbye to the colors of autumn, and while it brings a bit of nostalgia I feel no sadness. For I know the browns an… Continue

George Celtic Myth and Moonlight's October 2009 Newsletter

October, 2009 Newsletter Greetings! It is the waxing moon as I begin to write this, and another month has now come to its end. It’s hard to fathom how quickly time passes as it seems only yesterday that I was awaiting the heat of the summer season. Now there is a definite chill in the air, and the moon shines so clear and bright in the night sky that it takes my breath away. I look forward to this magical time of autumn, to inhale its scent and witness its beauty. This is my favorite time of ye… Continue

George Celtic Myth and Moonlight's September 2009 Newsletter

September, 2009 Newsletter Greetings! The month of August has come to its end, and though I will miss its warmth and humidity I find myself longing for the winds of change that September will surely bring. The mornings are cooler these days, and though temperatures still soar into the 80’s during the day the evenings bring a slight chill. The cicadas roar as the orange full moon rises over the trees…soon their leaves will be sporting beautiful colors of red and orange. Pumpkins rest in fields,… Continue

Maria Cecília THE LANGUAGES OF THE FLOWERS

The language of the flowers Images and dreams are, to Jung, the product of the collective unconscious: archetypes from which came the myths. Jung, psychiatrist and the creator of the Analytic Theory, called persona (from the Latin persona)to the psychic relational function turned to the outside world in search of the social adaptation, meaning this term the opposite of the designation syzygy (animus/anima), indicating this word the adaptation to the inside world adaptation. Having understood th… Continue

Moondancer Damn.

Great. My best friends' mom attempted suicide. Their family situation is really bad... I mean, REALLY bad. It's hard to try to be a good friend and listen to her when being already depressed. And we can hardly buy food nowadays, no money... I'm just one tiny step away from full psychosis... And goddamn afraid of growing old and dying. The funny thing is, I still think of suicide sometimes. I don't get it. I don't get myself. I know nothing. And I feel I don't even want to learn, I'll just be hur… Continue
